Yes, all packages have a free 14-day trial period. During the trial, you have full access to all functionality of the chosen package. No credit card is required to start.

After the trial period, you can choose to continue with a paid subscription. If you don't continue, your account will be automatically deactivated. Your data remains available for 30 days in case you still want to activate.

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package at any time. The upgrade is immediately active and you pay pro-rata for the remaining month. Downgrading is possible at the end of your billing period.

For Starter and Professional packages, there are no setup costs - you can get started immediately. For Enterprise packages, we create a custom quote including implementation, training, and any custom development.

The monthly price includes use of the platform, standard support, automatic updates, hosting, backup, and all core functionality. Integrations with e-commerce platforms and carriers are included as standard. Extra users and warehouse locations may incur additional costs depending on your package.

For Starter and Professional packages, you can go live within a few days. Setup is self-service with guided onboarding. For Enterprise implementations, we plan a dedicated trajectory, usually 2-6 weeks depending on complexity, number of integrations, and data migration.

Yes, we offer online training and documentation for all users. Enterprise customers also get on-site training and dedicated onboarding sessions. We have separate training for warehouse employees, supervisors, and administrators.

You can always make a complete export of your data via the API or our export function. After cancellation, your data remains available for 30 days for export, after which everything is permanently deleted in accordance with GDPR legislation. Backups are also deleted.

Yes, PocketWMS is fully GDPR compliant. We host within the EU (Amsterdam), have a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) available, and comply with all privacy legislation. Audit logs, data encryption, and access control are standard.
