An order line is one product line within an order. If an order contains 3 different products, this counts as 3 order lines. We only count successfully processed order lines, not cancelled or failed orders.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade to another package at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are processed at the end of your current billing period.
If you exceed the order line limit of your package, we will proactively contact you to discuss an appropriate solution. Your system will continue to work, but we recommend upgrading to a higher package in time.
For Starter and Professional packages, there are no additional setup costs. Onboarding training is included. For Enterprise with custom features, there may be implementation costs depending on complexity. We discuss this in detail beforehand.
